I wasn’t expecting that you would get my Glass Pickle Ornaments out yesterday, since it was so late in the day. By golly if they aren’t already in Sacramento and on a UPS truck and scheduled for delivery to my home today! Amazing!

WoW..Fast Delivery!!! The Nativity Figurines are just beautiful. I have my mom's old manager & figures.... and some had been broken & glued back together so many times that I couldn't repair them. It is just wonderful... to have the new wisemen and angel to complete the set again. I'm sure I'll be ordering from you again.

Yes, I tried both ways but 1/3 of the candles do NOT work either way and one had a faulty on/off switch. I spoke with Emily at your store who indicated that she would have new/tested candles sent out right away. Thank you for your good customer service.

I have neither a question nor a concern. I write to offer praise for your help some eight years ago when I decided I wanted to begin portraying Santa after many years of waiting for the right opportunity to do so. Money was tight and I balked a little at the cost of getting started. However, when I laid eyes on the Halco Santa Clause Suits and Santa Costume. I knew I had to have it.
I had a decent military gun collection that I was very proud of and I knew that several of my pieces were of heirloom quality so it was a difficult decision to make to pawn or sell items so dear to me. The pawn shop offered to loan me only $1,000.00 on two 100 yr+ old rifles that were then selling across the land for over $3,000.00. This was the first and would be the last time I had ever pawned anything in my life.
Well, the rest is history now. . I ordered your most expensive suit and have had a wonderful and fulfilling Santa career so far. I stay booked each entire season entertaining in schools, churches, private parties, season opening parades w/private photo ops and then so many private homes that I can't begin to count.....and all this time wearing my beautiful suit. That I expect to last me another five to ten years. A suit of such quality is hard to find. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about looking the best they can be. Now, that's quality for you. Thanks for the great service you provided me and I hope to be trading with you for many more years to come.

Thank you for passing along Dale Morris's contact , and for all of your ideas! I tried the number a few times and it either rang & rang with no answering machine, or someone would pick up & hang up. (I use to do the same thing when I had a landline, since it was always telemarketers). I am going to try the city official route tomorrow to see if I can come up with anything.
With the Coca-Cola Santa Ornaments. Funny you should mention it. That was a story beat originally in our script, but Coca-Cola would not license any of their images to us so we had to cut it from the show! We are a little too far along now to add anything else, (we air in three weeks) but thank you for the lead. It is always appreciated. Have a great holiday season!
