Canceling or Changing Your Order: Orders are usually processed as they are received and shipped as soon as possible. We are closed holidays and weekends. If your order was submitted it may not be possible for one of our customer service representatives to catch your order before it is processed so that we can modify. Please telephone us at 281-580-1300 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Shipping Policy: We try to ship orders within 36 hours Monday thru Friday. After Thanksgiving the shipping time may increase. Our standard method of shipping orders is via Ground service. You can track your orders progress by clicking on the Track Your Order box on any page. The actual shipping cost may vary from the price listed by the shopping cart. There may be an increase or decrease in the shipping cost that will be adjusted when the actual shipping cost is determined. Most lighted artificial Christmas trees, 48 inch wreaths plus and large display decorations may be shipped from the manufactory via their shipping method. Please allow additional time for delivery of these orders. All air expedited and/or wholesale merchandise orders will be charged the actual shipping and handling rate. Shipping/Handling is only charged on items actually shipped. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Merchandise Specials: All special items purchased are final. Sale pricing is available only while supplies last. Due to seasonal product availability partial orders may be shipped on sale merchandise. You will not be charged for items not shipped. Sorry, there are no rain checks or backorders issued on the specials merchandise. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on the special items. Damaged Merchandise: If you receive damaged merchandise do not throw the box or packing away. In the event of a damaged parcel box and/or it’s content you must contact the shipper and follow their damaged freight shipment procedures. Any other damaged merchandise must be reported to us within a 3-day period of the receipt of your shipment. After review we will then issue the appropriate damage control procedure. We take a great deal of pride in delivering your order in a carefully packed and timely manner. Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail or call your request for a return authorization number including the item(s) in question, and the reason for the return, within 2 days of the delivery. Unauthorized returns, return damage, refused or undeliverable shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Due to the seasonal nature of our Christmas merchandise, purchases made after December 1st, can not be returned for refunds, credit, or exchanges. All 'special' Christmas sale items are final. All returned merchandise must include: The return authorization number issued by Christmas Decorations and Gifts Store must be written on the outside of the returned box. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer, at the customers expense. Return to us freight prepaid and insured. Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method. We will credit the amount for the returned merchandise less any restocking fees to your credit card upon its return. If the merchandise was used, we can not resell it, their for no refund will be given. Any returned used merchandise will be donated to charity. All packages received after 10 days of issuance of the return authorization number will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense. None of the shipping and handling charges are refunded. Credits and Exchanges: Credits and Exchanges are processed as soon as possible after the receipt of the authorized return merchandise. Credits or refunds will not be issued without the proper return authorization number. Please note these policies are non-negotiable!
