The purpose for decorating at Christmas time is to provide an atmosphere that will make all your friends and family feel warm, cheerful and most of all welcome in your home. With this in mind the first place to start is the outside of your front door. One idea is to drape a lush strand of real or Artificial Garland around the top of the door or a real or Artificial Christmas Wreath. Decorating Your Front Yard.

Another fun way to add some Christmas Sparkle to the front of your home is to decorate the pathway or sidewalk leading to your front door.
