This holiday season add some charm in your place by choosing Christmas tree ornaments that look like food. There are plenty of ornaments that you can choose from that will be indicative of your heritage. Some food ornaments simply have holiday food flare that marks the traditions in your family. Let us start with the traditional ornaments that most of us can put into our home. Some of these Christmas tree ornaments are more realistic looking than others. Some have a more animated look to them that the kids will find amusing. In either case, they are a lot of fun, and some can even be personalized with dates, while others are designed to hold a photo. Sandwich shop owners might get Christmas ornaments with a deli sandwich, pickles, avocadoes, a hot dog, hamburger, a mustard bottle, a ketchup bottle, a pretzel or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. A Mexican food restaurant owner may choose to get some taco ornaments, chili pepper lights and strung jalapenos to use for garland. A proprietor with a Café could get pancakes, bacon, a plate of eggs, doughnuts, and cinnamon rolls on his tree. Italian food restaurant owners could put pizza, lobster, miniature red wine bottles, wicker Chianti bottles, and cheese cake ornaments on their Christmas tree. Even Asian people can join in with Sushi on a tray, fortune cookies, chopsticks, and a teapot. For a coffee house owner with sweet breads in his glass case, put up a tree with Christmas tree ornaments in the shape of coffee to go, a coffee pot, a ceramic cup of coffee, a mug of hot cocoa, a carton of milk, chocolate drizzled croissant, chocolate tort, chocolate cake, cupcakes, and bagels.
For the many taverns or Bar and Grill owners, in addition to some of the aforementioned foods that you might carry in your establishment, there are many ornament in the shape of favorite spirits. Beginning with cocktails in the traditional glasses they come in, some of the available items would be Margaritas, Cosmopolitans, Martinis, and a coconut tropical drink. Then there are beer mugs with a frothy head, barrels of beer, bottles of gin, tequila, scotch whiskey, and a Champagne bottle in a silver bucket. Oh what fun it is!
