 Christmas wreaths have been a long standing traditional decoration for many years. The early Christians began using the wreath to symbolize Christ’s never-ending presence in their lives. Early on, when people started using wreaths they were made from items found in nature, such as evergreen branches, tree leaves and anything else that was green in color. The green was used to represent new life.

If you prefer you can find suction cup hooks or 3M makes what is called a Command adhesive hook that is removable from most surfaces.
If you have multiple doors in your home or walls with no festive décor on them, you may want to think about hanging up a Christmas wreath in those empty spaces and you will be surprised at how it can transform your space. There are also standing wreath holders that allow you to display a wreath on a table or other flat surface. The great part about these hangers is that you can use them during other seasons to hang up wreaths for other holidays, or seasons.
Traditional Christmas wreaths are made from some type of evergreen, either fresh cut or fake plastic materials. You can find several different styles on the market that have a more traditional appearance with holly and berries securely adorning them. You can also find some newer, trendy styles that include ornamental decorations that range from fruit, figurines, bells, and christmas tree ornaments. Any of these choices can make beautiful embellishments that will brighten up your home for the holidays. You can purchase items such as ornaments or figures that you want to tie in to the rest of your décor and hot glue them on yourself. You will be surprised at how you can personalize your own store bought wreath.
