CHRISTMAS RECIPE
Mother Elf’s Magic Christmas Cookie Bars are easy to make and will be the hit of any desert table. You can prepare these the day before or the morning of your holiday event.
Magic Christmas Cookie Bars Recipe.
Makes 24 Cookie Bars.
Ingredients:
½ Cup of margarine or butter
1 ½ Cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated milk)
1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 ½ Coconut
1 Cup chopped nuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for a glass dish). Melt margarine in 13 X 8 baking pan. Sprinkle crumbs over margarine mix together and press into baking pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top evenly with remaining ingredients. Press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting and serving.
