Our cute kittens polymer clay ornaments are 3 inches tall and 4 inches across. These cute kittens ornaments consist of a 4 inch long fish with a red and white checkered edging. Peaking over the top of the fish are 3 cute kittens. One is a butterscotch tabby holding an apple, another is a gray tabby with and green bow tie and there is a black and white tabby holding a pencil. Hanging from the bottom of the fish are two 1¼ inch long fish wearing red bows. The center space of the large fish has plenty of room for putting your kitty’s name and birth date. The cute kittens polymer clay ornaments hang from a 2½ inch red ribbon loop.
Cat’s eyes
A cats eye color is genetically connected to the color of their coat.
Pointed cats, like the Siamese, always have blue eyes.
White cats and cats with a lot of white markings can have blue, green, gold or copper eyes or one blue eye and one green or gold eye.
Other cats can have green, gold or copper eyes but not blue eyes. The most common colors are greenish yellow to gold but sometimes can extend to deep green or brilliant copper.
Tortoiseshell or Torties
The tortoiseshell color pattern is inherited and because of this male tortoiseshell cats are extremely rare. Their colors are mixed or mottled with very little or no white fur. The colors can be a mix of either black and red or blue and cream. They usually have copper or yellow eyes. The Celts thought of them as lucky and some people believed that if you rubbed their tail on a wart, the wart would go away.
Calico
Calico cat have sections of different colors in their fur with more white and larger and more distinct color patches. Calicos are tri colored with patches of red or orange, black and large patches of white. Calicos have been considered to bring luck. In Japan it was thought they would bring luck to households and protect sailors.
