Angels
Angels are Immortal spirits that appear to mankind at important moments. They appear to man as messengers of god, bringing messages of comfort, warnings, tests of belief and deliverance. They are also bringers of peace and goodwill. The New Testament tells how the Angel of the Lord appeared to the shepherds keeping watch over their flocks to bring them good tidings of great joy, the Birth of Christ, and the multitude of angels proclaimed, Glory to God in the highest and on earth, peace, goodwill toward men. Angels
Angels are emissaries from God who play an important role in the Nativity. Gabriel begins the story by announcing the remarkable birth of two babies. One of the babies would be born to a couple thought to be too old to have children and would be named “John” and was later known as John the Baptist. The second baby would be born to a young, unwed woman named Mary who is engaged to a man named Joseph. The angel tells Mary and Joseph that the baby will be the Holy Son of Heavenly Father and will save the world and will be named “Jesus”. After the child Jesus is born the angel announces this special event to the shepherds and the Three Wise Men. When Herod tries to have the child killed, an angel warns the little family to flee to Egypt and tells them when it is finally safe to return. Select this link to view our Silvery Krebs Angel.
