Radio frequency activates the transceiver module through walls, windows, car, or garage. This Power Strips and Power Protection Supplies keychain remote control lighting system will allow you to turn on or off any electrical appliance indoors from up to 50 feet away. The battery is included in the key chain remote control light switch transmitter. The remote controls base has a red light power indicator to warn that the unit is plugged in and active. Caution:
Unplug the electric power cables when the remote control light switch base is not in use for extended periods of time. Fully insert the power cords plug into the grounded outlet. Use within the electrical rating marked on the remote set. Do Not plug more than a total of 600 watts in the power cables remote set. If the number of watts is not marked on the appliance to be used, multiply ampere rating (on nameplate) by 125 to determine equivalent watts. Add determined watts for each plugged-in appliance or lamp (sum of watts on bulbs) to find total watts being used. Operating temperature range is -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 113 degrees Fahrenheit or -30 degrees centigrade to 45 degrees centigrade. Install the power cable and remote controls above ground level with the receptacle hanging in a downward position so it will not fill up with water when it is raining or snowing. The Power Strips and Power Protection Supplies remote controls are suitable for damp locations. The remote control light switch is NOT for water immersion or for use where directly exposed to water. Inspect the remote control lights unit periodically for defects. Do Not use a damaged remote control power switch set. Do Not splice, repair or modify this remote control lighting unit. Instructions:
Insert the remote base’s three-prong plug into a grounded outlet. If you are using the remote control residential unit outdoors, be sure to plug the unit into a GFI approved outlet. Plug your Outdoor Christmas Decorations display or appliance into the single outlet located on bottom of remote base. Using the keychain remote transmitter, press the on button to activate your Christmas Tree Lights and Outdoor Christmas Decorations The wireless indoor or outdoor remote has a 50 foot range.
Remote Control Battery Replacement:
Use 23A 12 volt battery (L1023). To replace the battery slide back the cover on the back of the keychain palm remote control transmitter.
