Christmas Light Stake Safety Instructions:
Do not use the flood lamp stake unless is marked suitable for outdoor use. Connect the outdoor Christmas lights to a ground fault circuit interrupting [GFCI] electrical outlets. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper outdoor installation.
Do not install or mount the flood light stake near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles or other similar sources of heat.
Make sure all connections are dry before inserting the flood light into the holder.
Do not let the replacement photocell flood light bulbs rest on the holiday lights supply cord or on any wire.
Do not cover the flood light bulbs with cloth, paper or any material not part of the replacement bulb when in use.
The flood lamp holder is equipped for threaded screw flood lights. Make sure that you do not over tighten the bulbs causing the protective glass covering to break or crack.
Always turn off your power to the flood light holder before installing or replacing the replacement bulbs.
