This is a box of 10 very elegant Christmas Crackers. Each of the Christmas Crackers is wrapped in shiny gold foil paper with the ends tightly crimped, leaving about 2½ inches of paper on each end. A second piece of foil paper has been sealed over the gold foil right down the center of the Crackers and the 2½ inches of paper on each end. The color of this foil alternates from dark emerald green to shiny Amaranth. Another, very elegant paper with a textured finish has been sealed down the center of the shiny paper. Christmas Crackers are an integral part of Christmas celebrations in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and in other Commonwealth countries. A Cracker consists of a cardboard tube wrapped in a brightly decorated twist of paper, making it resemble an oversized sweet-wrapper. Typically these contents are a colored paper hat or crown, a small toy or other trinket and a motto, joke or piece of trivia on a small strip of paper.
