Canceling or Changing Your Order: Orders are processed as they are received and we try to ship orders as soon as possible. We are open: M-F 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST and we are closed holidays and weekends. If your order was recently submitted it may not be possible for one of our customer service representatives to catch your order before it is filled so that we can modify or cancel it. Please telephone us at 281-580-1300, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. We try to ship orders within 36 hours Monday thru Friday. After Thanksgiving the shipping time may increase. Our standard method of shipping orders is via UPS. You can track your orders progress by clicking on the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" logo on any page. The actual shipping cost may vary from the price listed by the shopping cart. There may be an increase or decrease in the shipping cost that will be adjusted when the actual shipping cost is determined. Most large outdoor display decorations may be shipped from the manufacturer via their shipping method. Please allow additional time for delivery of these orders. All air expedited and/or wholesale merchandise orders will be charged the actual shipping and handling rate. We will deduct the shipping charge amount on your invoice and you will only be charged for the merchandise shipped. Shipping/Handling is only charged on items actually shipped. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Dropped shipped items are shipped directly from the distribution center to lower the shipping cost to you. The order processing time cannot be expedited. Please no phone calls or e-mails about your tree delivery unless the estimated shipping date we emailed you is 5 or more days overdue. Your order will only be delayed further if we have to pull your order out of the processing list. Large Outdoor Decorations; Due to the high shipping cost, country tariffs, credit card theft and customer complaints about shipping cost we no longer ship outside the USA. Due to the seasonal nature of our Christmas merchandise; All returns including refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you receive damaged merchandise do not throw the box or packing away. In the event of a damaged parcel box and it’s contents, you must contact the shipper for their damaged freight shipment procedures. We will credit the amount for the returned merchandise less any restocking fees (if necessary) to your credit card upon its return. If the merchandise was used, we can not resell it. So there will be no refund given. The returned used merchandise will be donated to charity. All packages received after 20 days of issuance of the return authorization number will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense.Unauthorized returns sent to us without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer, at the customers expense.
